Tioman Gateway Day 2

DAY 2

We started about 9am with breakfast and the start of our Island hopping and snorkeling. We had Ken as our guide. The first Island was Rengis Island Island. When we throw in bread we could see the fishes coming out to the surface. We then jumped into the water. It was totally awesome watching the fishes and the corals. Yvonne finally jumped into the water but had to get her comfortable in deep waters even though she had on a life vest. I was totally happy when she got excited looking inside the water LOL. That distracted her from being nervous a while. A few of them managed to go round the island and they even saw sharks. I didnt manage to complete the round though so we turned back towards the boat. Once near the boat I went up tp take out the life vest as it was a bit difficult to move with the life vest. I managed to dive deep below but couldn't reach the bottom the pressure was too great. Imagine diving down 4-5m deep? LOL. But i handed over Yvonne to Wei Siang to look after her and went a bit further from the boat. Too bad though I spent only a while in the water without life vest as we had to leave already for the Marine Park. Nigel and Peiling were lucky though able to see the sharks and stingrays.

Marine Park is near the shore. The fishes there were bigger and when i went in the water at first I thought it was a sunken ship below as there were tables and chairs neatly arranged below like a restaurant. Syahmi and Peiling tried diving and so did Nigel the 'Ikan Paus' malay for whale LOL. Took some underwater photos thanks to the underwater cameras Shirin and Sharifah. Had lunch there and i gave my whole fish to the cats lol. Lucky cats when you've got pple like me who don't eat fish haha.Went back swimming without life vest this time but i did held the life vest LOL cause just ate laa... the waters much deeper than the one at Renggis. After tht went to their DFS got some chocolates and back to the resort.

We rested then some of them went to snorkel again while i accompanied Yvonne to the shore they're going to snorkel towards to snorkel there. The shore's full of dead corals and very painful to step on. Walked back, for dinner, another hilarious incident bout a bat. Ask me bout it. Ronnie brought us fishing and it was the first time i went fishing. I got to try reel the fish with the fishing rod ultimate coolness laa. And there was a big Sotong but we didn't manage to catch it.

The best was Fireworks. We got to Light up those real fireworks. The ones that goes BOOM! you noe... I lighted the last one and it was fantabulous laaa!! I think Shirin or mai has the pics will upload it when i got it. After that we were kind of tired but talked a bit then to sleep.
